How we sell:
We firmly believe that selling is more than just selling products. It's about adding value to the lives of your customers. Offer them techniques and products to change their work.
What does this mean for you as an account manager:
The clientele is mainly made up of companies active in the earthmoving and demolition sector. Project managers, but also dealers, importers and manufacturers of earthmoving machinery, with whom we work in close collaboration.
You then discuss the machinery needs with these people and prepare a custom quote based on that. You combine the technical possibilities available to us with the wishes of the customer. You will then bring this offer together with the dealer (of the machine) for a successful delivery.
Every client and every situation are different. It's up to you to estimate for each client what style of communication and sales works best. This is also exactly how you can distinguish yourself as a good account manager. The better you can build relationships with your customers, the greater your success will be.
What to do next :
You maintain, depending on demand, contact with your own customers. You will notice that a personal conversation translates into a lasting customer relationship. The working area is Eastern Poland. You are ideally located in this area, your office is at home, you are organized.
Your work goes beyond rushing from one conversation to the next. You take the time to listen to your customers and develop a detailed plan to make their excavator perform even better.
You enjoy participating in various (international) fairs. Trips to our factory in Sweden are to be expected.
A pleasant and successful cooperation with machine suppliers in your area is important. You know how to switch seamlessly between office and workplace.

You will work in a team of enthusiastic Steelwrist employees who strive to improve every day and get the most out of it with the support of the mother company in Sweden. We work hard, but we also like to do fun things with our network. An outing, as soon as possible of course.
What we expect from you
We are looking for people with a level of committed work and thought who recognize themselves in our vision of sales, who are also down to earth and who are not afraid of dirty hands.
You have the energy with which you impact our customers and colleagues.
English (our company language) spoken and written is no problem.
Preferably you have work experience in the agricultural/earthmoving (machinery) industry, preferably sales oriented.
You are a true machine enthusiast!
