We continue to grow and are now looking for an ambitious service technician with customer focus for our Steelwrist Japan organization. The Support and Service technician will mainly support our Dealers and Service Partners in Japan, but also help our end customers in the field. You contribute in improving the products by investigate what was causing the problem and reporting it back to various functions in Sweden headquarter.
The job will involve travel. Working hours are often flexible as we operate in a dynamic market where our customers cannot always wait until the next day or week. We are hardworking, but we also like to have fun. When you don’ t work in the field, you will be working with service, warranty, parts and other problem solving.
Requirements:
- Experience in the service of construction equipment, commercial vehicle, truck or similar
- Technical knowledge, preferably with experience on electronic control systems and hydraulics.
- Interest in new technology and a willingness to find improving solutions
- Experience in making technical training is advantageous
- Enjoy learning new things and working in a team
- Customer friendly
- Able to work independently and in a fast-moving environment
- Japanese language
- English basic (with willingness to learn and improve)
- Driving license
