The Role:
As a Junior Support Technician, you’ll be an important part of our North American team, helping customers and dealerships with technical support. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop hands-on skills in the construction machinery sector. No extensive experience is required—just a passion for technology and a willingness to learn!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide basic technical support via phone and email, assisting with troubleshooting and product questions
- Work alongside our experienced team to learn about Steelwrist’s advanced products and systems
- Assist with daily operations, spare parts, warranty administration and quality improvements
- Organize your daily tasks, stay connected with the team, and help ensure smooth customer operations
- Occasionally travel, including an introduction trip to our headquarters in Sweden for training
What You Bring:
- Strong interest in technology and machinery
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn new technical skills and adapt to different situations
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to stay organized and work under your own initiative
- No previous experience required, but any background in technical support, construction, or machinery is a plus
