Service Technician Poland
We continue to grow and are now looking for an ambitious service technician with customer focus for our organisation Steelwrist Poland. We offer a result-oriented organisation where everybody is expected to take large amount of responsibility and develop personally and professionally. You will mainly support our dealers and Service Partners in Poland, but also help our end customer in the field. You contribute in improving the products by investigate what was causing the problem and reporting it back to our R&D and production department in Sweden.
The job will involve travel. Working hours can vary depending on that our customers rarely can wait. When you don’ t work in the field, you will be working with service, warranty, parts and other problem solving.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of excavators and mastering both electronic control systems and hydraulics.
- experience of both electronics and hydraulics.
- Work independently in a stressful environment
- Big interest in technique and a willingness to find improving solutions
- Computer skills
- You enjoy learning new things
- Polish
- English, which is our corporate language
- Driving licence
Meritorious knowledge
- Experience in the service of construction equipment, commercial vehicle, truck or similar
- Knowledge of electronic control systems for mobile hydraulics
- Additional language skills
- Have experience in the excavator industry
