Steelwrist delivers world-class products to enhance excavator efficiency, most notably tiltrotators with advanced control systems, quick couplers, and work tools. A tiltrotator can best be described as a “wrist of steel” for an excavator, resulting in productivity gains ranging from 20 to 40% depending on the type of work.
As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role at Steelwrist and contribute to the future success of the North American organization. You have a strong technical background, and you will work closely with the sales team and provide support to customers in the field. The work involves extensive travel, including occasional trips to Sweden.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your work weeks, as well as maintaining close communication with the team. To succeed, we believe you need to be responsive and solution-oriented, quickly understanding our customers' needs and helping them find solutions.
The following is required:
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic excavators and attachments.
Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, ideally within the Construction Plant or Agricultural Equipment industry.
Ability to work in sometimes stressful situations/environments.
Great interest in machinery and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
Able to work under your own initiative.
