Steelwrist has partnered with the Swedish organisation GeBlod's life-saving initiative.

Saving lives during working hours means that employers, such as Steelwrist, encourage blood donation during working hours. It is a small effort with great social benefit. A job benefit that makes a difference. Being able to give blood during working hours increases the chance that it happens.

A large portion of donated blood goes to patients that has a recurring need for blood transfusion, which means that there is always a need for willing people to donate.

Here at Steelwrist, about 16 of Samhall's employees work to help in various parts of the assembly process.

"The collaboration helps Steelwrist's assemblers. This means that we become more efficient and increase the business benefit while at the same time being able to help people into the labor market,"

When Samhall's CEO, Sara Revell Ford, visits the company to talk to them, there are happy faces and positive comments about the workplace.

- It was a great place to work. They are really very happy employees and a customer who has a wonderful attitude, she says after the visit.

Areas of work: Production, painting, warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
