Steelwrist UK is looking for an Aftermarket Manager
Do you have experience in the construction industry who thrives on problem-solving, building trusted relationships and delivering responsive? Then this is the position for you.
Steelwrist is the fastest-growing manufacturer of tiltrotators, quick couplers, and smart work tools for excavators worldwide. Our mission: make every excavator more efficient, productive, and versatile through innovative, high-quality attachments backed by outstanding support.
With rapid international expansion (now in 19+ countries and celebrating 20+ years of momentum), customer satisfaction drives everything we do — and aftersales excellence is at the heart of it. We're now expanding our UK team and seeking an Aftermarket Manager to own technical support, dealer enablement, and customer success across the UK & Ireland.
What you'll do:
Deliver expert technical support (phone, email, and field-based) to dealers, service partners, and end customers — troubleshooting hydraulics, electrics, mechanics, and tiltrotator/quick coupler systems.
Manage on-site issue resolution, primarily through our trusted dealer/service network, with direct hands-on support when needed.
Plan and deliver high-impact technical training to strengthen our dealer and service partner capabilities.
Assess, process, and report warranty claims efficiently and fairly.
Serve as the key technical link between Steelwrist UK and our headquarters/production in Sweden — including attending periodic service meetings in Rosersberg.
Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with dealers, service partners, and customers nationwide.
Represent Steelwrist at key industry exhibitions and events across the UK.
The role at a glance:
Primarily office-based at our new UK headquarters in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire.
Involves regular national travel (UK & Ireland) + occasional trips to Sweden for training/product meetings.
Full factory-based product training provided in Sweden.
Company vehicle, phone, laptop, iPad supplied.
Who we're looking for:
Solid technical foundation in heavy machinery — strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and general mechanics (plant, construction, agricultural, or automotive sectors ideal).
Proven experience in field service, technical support, aftersales, or similar roles at a dealership, manufacturer, or OEM.
Excellent communicator with a professional, pragmatic, and customer-first mindset — you explain complex issues clearly and negotiate solutions effectively.
Technically curious, logical problem-solver who enjoys hands-on challenges and continuous learning.
Reliable, punctual, and autonomous — yet a true team player who takes initiative.
Aligned with our values: responsiveness, simplicity, and speed — you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where hard work meets genuine fun and camaraderie.
What we offer
Competitive remuneration package (salary + benefits, depending on experience).
Opportunity to shape aftersales in a high-growth UK subsidiary of a global leader.
Close collaboration with knowledgeable, committed colleagues in the UK and Sweden.
Real career development in a dynamic, innovative company.
Engaging work with variety — technical problem-solving, travel, training delivery, and industry exposure.
A supportive, energetic culture: we work hard, celebrate successes, and enjoy the journey!
If you're passionate about heavy equipment, love solving technical challenges, and want to be central to customer success in a rapidly scaling business, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Workplace and Culture
We work hard and we have fun in the same time. The importance of a fast ”learning speed" is hard coded into the company genes.
Employee surveys show we have an open discussion climate, work towards defined goals and co-workers feel they can develop with the company.
We dare to ask the stupid questions. We discuss before we decide and we argue about ”what is right” and not ”who is right”.
Once we decide we execute as a team – diversity in council and unity in command. Thats the kind of culture you will live in if you join the Steelwrist team.
